Appropriate measurements are taken body composition & blood pressure. Recommendations for blood testing of hormone levels and markers of aging are given.

No Fad Diets
We will never suggest you follow a commercial or fad diet (weight watchers, cabbage soup, Adkins etc.) or count total daily calories. The only way to eat for permanent health improvement will be taught to you this class. Prepare to be AMAZED.
You will hear a lot of facts in this course. Don’t worry about memorizing, just follow the logic. We are serious about fitness. We use science, not the latest fad that disagrees with the last “latest” fad. We promote an anti-inflammatory diet not portion control and calorie restriction. Cutting calories does nothing positive for your health if you are just eating less of the same PRO-inflammatory foods. Get out of the short term, quick fix mentality and learn a way of eating that works by manipulating natural hormonal responses of the body. If you do this while engaging in brief intense resistance training it will give you the best body you can have. It is easy to mistake marketing for truth.
