Molly is a 19 year old, NASM Certified personal trainer. She was a competitive gymnast for 10 years and competed against the top level gymnasts in the Region so she understands what hard work and dedication looks like and is willing to help others of all ages reach their fitness goals. Molly struggled with lower back problems for years and eventually had to quit gymnastics because of them. After discovering weight training, all of her back pain went away and has stayed away! Molly loves weight training and believes that it is vital to prevent injury and STAY in shape permanently. Her goal is to help people feel the best they can and be the most confident in themselves they ever have.
